Souls Talents

Here is a friends view of Mt.25:14-30 rewritten with "soul winning" as the view.

Soul Winning (Vessels to the lost souls on behalf of Jesus Christ)

Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his kingdom to them. To one he gave five lost souls to witness on behalf of His name, to another two lost souls, and to another one lost soul. Then he went on his journey. The man who had been given the chance to witness to the five lost souls went out at once and became a vessel for God as he shared the Gospel to them. They became saved and those five souls went out and witness to five more souls bringing them to the Kingdom of God. So also, the one with the two souls witnessed to two more. But the man who had received the one lost soul to witness kept the Word to himself and the message was tucked and hidden in his heart so others would not receive it.

“After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them. The man who had received the five lost souls brought back ten souls who were lost but now were saved. 'Master,' he said, 'you entrusted me with five lost souls. See, I have gained five more.' “His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few lost souls; I will put you in charge of many more lost souls to witness and bring to the Kingdom. Come and share your master's happiness!'

"The man with the two lost souls also came. 'Master,' he said, 'you entrusted me with two lost souls; see, I have gained two more.' “His master replied, 'Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few lost souls; I will put you in charge of many more lost souls to witness and bring them to the Kingdom. Come and share your master's happiness!'

"Then the man who had received the one lost soul came. “'Master,' he said, 'I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. So I was afraid and went home and hid your Word in my heart and did not share it with the one lost soul you entrusted me with. “His master replied, 'You self-centered, selfish servant! So you knew that I harvest where I have not sown and gather where I have not scattered seed? Well then, you should have witnessed and shared my Word to the one lost soul I gave you, at least then there would have been one more soul in the Kingdom of Heaven.

'Take the lost soul from him and give it to the one who has obeyed and witness to those I have brought their way. For everyone who becomes vessels for my Kingdom will be given more souls to witness. Whoever does not witness my name and tucks my Word ONLY in their heart, not sharing the wisdom God give them, will be known as a worthless servant, and thrown into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'
